Shipping Policy

1. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

An order placed is normally shipped within 1-3 business days. However, due to the ongoing COVID-19, the shipping of your orders could be delayed. Post shipping the normal delivery time is 2-7 working days. 

Please Note – Shipping/deliveries might be delayed when there is an ongoing sale and order volume is at its peak.

2. What is the price for the shipping?

2.1 For Prepaid Orders

  • Free Shipping on all Prepaid orders above ₹499/-
  • ₹70 shipping charges on Prepaid orders below ₹499/-

2.2 For COD Orders:

  • An additional ₹100 will be charged for COD orders.
  • These are COD handling charges that the courier company charges us.

We recommend making prepaid payments to ensure your deliveries are contactless.

3. What if my order doesn’t get delivered?

Our courier partner will make three attempts to get your delivery to you.

If they are unable to deliver the product, then a refund shall be credited to your Aapki wallet or the source account via which the payment was made. The store credit can be redeemed the next time you place an order with us.

4. Returns

4.1 Return Due To Change Of Mind

Aapki Marzi will happily accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 7 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in original packaging, unused and in resellable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.

(Aapki Marzi) will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

4.2 Warranty Returns

Aapki Marzi will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return shipping, however, we will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect Aapki Marzi to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in-store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)

5. Tracking Notifications

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. Here is the tracking page
