Yes, We provide Cash On Delivery option.
In case of a payment failure, please retry keeping in mind the following:
- Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for net banking); and that your internet connection is not disrupted in the process.
- If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at [email protected]
In case you do not accept the package, the parcel will be returned back to origin, in such case we do reship your package after your consent, but reshipping charges of Rs.60/- are applicable. Unfortunately we do not make any refunds in such cases as all our orders are made to order.
The delivery agent will make 3 attempts before he/she puts a RTO on your package. Incase your package is RTO, you must write to us at [email protected] along with your order id in order to reship your package. Please note we levy a Rs.60/- shipping fee for such cases.
